Police Gear
Posted on March 31st, 2008 at 3:04 pm by GregM

I really like certain types of clothes, but a lot of times, they are very difficult to find. My sister has to have certain types of shoes for her job, but they’re very difficult to find. Sometimes, you just have to know where to look. If you like police gear, you may want to search for tactical gear through LA Police Gear. They have a lot of police gear, if that’s what you’re looking for.

This is NOT a paid post.

State Champions!
Posted on March 31st, 2008 at 3:00 pm by GregM

I’m so proud of my high school speech team. They won the state tournament in their class for the first time since I was a senior. It was a great moment, and I’m glad I got to be there as a judge. They had the state champions in Humorous Interpretation and Prose, and had a couple of others in the final round, too. It’s very impressive when a team from a little school beats schools five times its size!

If you want to enjoy a beautiful vacation that includes sandy beaches, traditional English countryside and quaint thatched villages you need to visit on the south coast of England. For a holiday you won’t soon forget, check out the Isle of Wight Hotel, St. Maur. You may want a short visit or a long stay at the St. Maur. Both can be accomodated and you will feel welcome no matter how long your stay. Voted the winner of best hotel by the Isle of Wight Tourism Industry Association in 2003 your stay will be one of total enjoyment. Travel

Today is going to be fun and tiring at the same time. I am flying to Florida to visit my sister. We aren’t sure what we will do while I am there. We have talked about several things but some will depend on the weather. I collect Hard Rock Cafe glasses and we might try to get one from another city in Florida. I already have one from Orlando. I have to get to Indianapolis to fly later this afternoon. I will get some work done for class while I am in the air and then it is time for fun.

Eco Friendly
Posted on March 18th, 2008 at 12:23 pm by GregM

Are you aware of the number of animals that are killed each year because they become entangled in a plastic bag? The number is high and there is something we can do about it. By using cloth tote bags to haul our things in, there will be less of a need for plastic bags. Get into the habit of carrying your gym items in a backpack or better yet, get one of Jill Jenuine Organic Cotton Tote Bags. These eco friendly tote bags are 100% Organic Cotton. They are made in the U.S.A. and 20% of each sale goes to various charities. Check out www.jilljenuine.com and start doing your part to make our world a better place. There are billions and billions of plastic bags that are clogging storm drains, hurting wildlife and making a mess of our world. The inks and colorants used on some bags contain lead, a toxin. We can make a dent in making our world a better place because it starts with one.

Busy Busy Busy!

I had a very busy afternoon, but it was nice. I went out to lunch with my grandma, got gas in her car, then we went grocery shopping, I got my hair cut, went to the vet to pick up some dog food, and then I came home and did the dishes. Now I’m back in my chair on the internet. I need to go get ready for dinner, though. Mom and dad have Bible study tonight, so it’ll be an early dinner.

LifeLock

There is this company called Life Lock that helps protect your credit. In order to do this, life lock puts alerts in your credit file so that Credit Reporting Agencies have to go through extra steps to access your information. I think that they should always have to go through these extra steps. I guess the Credit Reporting Agencies are all upset about this because it ends up costing them more money because they have to do more work, but I think that they should be doing this work to start with, so they should stop complaining. It’s called work for a reason!

Grammar

I just found this hysterical post about grammar. I think it is hilarious. If you have pet peeves like I do, especially regarding they’re/there/their and to/two/too and “I before E except after C,” you should check this out.

Cash Advance

Gas prices have skyrocketed. I know that a lot of people are strapped for cash right now, and you may need a little bit of help. If you’re in a pinch, you may think about getting a cash advance from a payday loan service. Look into Payday Cash Advance as an option.

Singing Sunday! Week 2
Posted on March 16th, 2008 at 8:30 pm by GregM

Last week you heard a new song for me, and this week will make it a trend. This week’s song is John Michael Montgomery’s “Grundy County Auction (Sold)” which is a song that I sang for the first time last Friday. I didn’t karaoke this weekend, but I’m hoping that Stacy and I will go somewhere in Jacksonville. I really want to see her sing something!
